Although only a small organisation, the majority of our staff have between ten and twenty years service with the company. Some of our people have worked with the same Clients up to three times as their housing needs have changed over the years.

Another important factor is the continuity of tradespeople who achieve the final result. A number of our key trades have worked on Highview Homes for in excess of a decade and their dedication to a quality product is evidenced in every home we build.
